Amber kitchen join us on May 31st 

A special sparring session with one of the UKs top female names in the sport.

Shell be leading parts of the session, sharing drills and working with the room through out - bringing world level experience, detail and energy in t the room.

This isn't a fitness class - this is sparring

Open to all levels with some sparring experience.
